We have some customers with very sizable collections. If you are looking to purchase 20+ of any single case style please reach out to us and we can coordinate bulk pricing options for you.
What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
We do our best to quality control every item before we ship out, however sometimes USPS is less-than careful with our packages. If you receive an order with damaged or defective goods, please send us an email to email@example.com with images of the item and the packaging so that way we can open up a claim with USPS. We will be sure to send you a replacement or issue a refund.
What if I ordered the wrong thing?
If you realized that you ordered the wrong thing please do not refuse the package. Refused packages take significantly longer to be returned than accepting the package and shipping it back. In order to ensure a timely outcome please accept the package and ship it back to us. Upon receipt we will issue a refund or credit towards another purchase.
I’m an international customer. Is there anything I need to consider?
Please note that we are not responsible for customs charges or duties levied on international orders by the buyer’s country’s postal authority. While this is rarely an issue we recommend checking with your local postal authority regarding this prior to ordering. Rejected or unclaimed packages returned to us will not receive a refund for shipping costs or customized items.
